About Miss Motiv8

Whitney George is an athlete, a health and wellness coach, a pilates trainer, a friend, an encourager, and a health and fitness enthusiast! Ever since she was in high school, Whitney has been the “go to” girl for fitness, health and nutrition advice. She is always the friend who is down to check out that new workout and to encourage a friend to stay on track with their diet and exercise plans. She is well loved by her clients because she is very “hands-on” and will take extra time with her clients to ensure that they seek their fitness goals in and outside of the studio. She loves encouraging people and helping others feel self-confident and positive about life.

Whitney has always had dreams of owning her own business within the health and fitness world, however because she was interested in all forms of health, fitness and wellness, she wasn’t sure what direction to go. After spending time learning from a friend earlier this year and being inspired by fellow colleagues to start her own health, fitness, and wellness website, Missmotiv8 was created! Her goal is to motivate people to be the best of their potential in anything and everything they aim to pursue, whether it’s in the workplace, in relationships, at the gym, within their place of worship, and so on. She also wants to help people seek a truly fulfilling life by starting at the source of: what motivates you? It is your “one stop shop”  for health, nutrition and wellness advice, as well as a place to find out about healthy eats, clothing, workouts and more!

Whitney is a graduate of the University of Southern California. She earned a degree in Communication with a minor in Nutrition and Health and Spanish in 2007. She currently resides in Newport Beach, California.
