Have you ever had trouble finding the motivation required to get in shape and stay that way? Have you ever found yourself quitting diets, putting off the gym or letting expensive exercise equipment gather dust?

Our awesome new book, which we are currently in the process of writing, will help you solve all of those problems and achieve one of the greatest possible things a person can have – good health!

This isn’t going to be another cheesy motivational book, or a diet book, or a book filled with dry scientific facts. Instead, motivational fitness is a combination of thoughtful lessons in motivation. Within each chapter, the reader will find an inspirational (and hopefully motivational) short story followed by practical lessons and suggestions in achieving their goals. Humorous at times, but poignant and humbling at others, Motivational fitness is a story dedicated to everyone who wants to lead a healthier and happier life.
