To ensure that you stay on top of your goals daily, weekly, monthly, write down your goals for the day, week, month in advance. Refer back to them every night to make sure that you accomplished what you planned to that day. Don’t make unrealistic goals. If you are trying to lose weight, beware of mindless eating. Every extra bit of food adds
calories. Eating just 100 extra calories a day can lead to a 10 pound weight gain over the course
of a year. If you feel like snacking but you are not hungry, drink water, flavored water, chew on veggies (celery, carrots, broccoli..), leave the house or go exercise to get your mind off of eating!
tip: If you are going to eat a little more than you need, make sure to exercise!
