Motivation behind MissMotiv8

So let’s start from the very beginning, shall we?? What motivated me, Whitney George to create MissMotiv8? First of all, even though it is written as “Miss,” I will describe the persona of MissMotiv8 as a strong, savvy, beautiful, good-hearted, classy, smart, positive, goal-oriented, fun-loving, athletic, motivated individual that is within each and every one of you reading this.

We are well into football season and getting to the big day, Superbowl Sunday!! We all love to eat unhealthy finger foods…so why don’t we!??

8 servings (2 “wings”, 1/2 cup vegetables & 2 tablespoons dip each)

Ingredients
Spicy Blue Cheese Dip

2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
